Description
When used with our Bead Profile Analyzer, this powerful software quickly evaluates Can Bead Depth, Symmetry, Width, Angles and Radii.
When used in conjunction with the B.E.A.D.scan software, the Bead Profile Analyzer scans the can in X and Y direction and sends the complete profile to an external computer. The resolution in X-direction (bead depth) is 0.00004" (0.001 mm) and in Y-direction (can height) 0.0004" (0.01 mm). The direct mechanical automatic scanning rules out any operator error or other influences which could lead to measurement inaccuracies.
